My music highlights mental health, in particular OCD and relationship PTSD. I feel it is imperative to bring support and understanding to (including myself) those who have been through are currently living with these conditions as it can be lonely and misunderstood, as well as to raise general awareness amongst those who don't to help reduce stigma. <3
